What’s On This Week in November?

Friday Fun Night Christmas Partychristmas-decoration-on-white-background (resized)

Friday Fun Night is on this Friday and families are invited to our end of year Christmas party. We’d love children and parents to join us for a shared dinner followed by an hour or so working alongside children on their Christmas crafts. This is a family occasion, rather than a ‘drop off and leave’ night.

The evening starts at 6pm Friday 28th November. We’ll power up the BBQ and provide the sausages. If everyone can bring something tasty to share I’m sure we’ll have a lovely spread of Christmas fare.

Let’s celebrate the Christmas season with a fun family night out!

This morning we enjoyed a celebratory Cafe Church. We enjoyed the company of several newcomers, and celebrated the part the Community of St Aidans has in our lives.

This Sunday is Cafe Church, our family-friendly service which starts at 9.30 am with a shared breakfast/morning tea, then the service at 10am. This month we’ll celebrate the 126th anniversary of the founding of St Aidans, so there’ll be cake as well!

Cafe Church is held on the third Sunday of each month, and has a focus on discussion and interaction. Toast, cereal and drinks are provided, but you are very welcome to bring a plate of something tastier to share if you would like!

Service of Quiet Reflection 9 NovemberCandle Flame

This Sunday 9 November is our service of Quiet Reflection. This is one of our more traditional services, starting at 10am and concluding with a cuppa and a chat at 11am. We’d love to see you there!

Kids n All Sunday 2 NovemberGrandparents' Day (smaller)

This Sunday is Kids n All, our family-friendly all-ages service which has a short interactive activity on the topic of the day.
