Garden Working Bee
A huge thank you to all those who worked so hard during the
recent Garden Working Bee; you have made a great
improvement to our grounds. We are planning for another
Working Bee on Saturday 5th October and we would value
all help again then.
Floral Affair
Tickets will soon be on sale for this wonderful annual event,
this year to be held on Saturday 19th October. We hope
that you will attend yourself, invite family and friends and sell
tickets – and contributions for afternoon tea will be very
much welcomed and appreciated. Thank you.
SING SING SING
A singing group is being formed to sing during our next
Three Churches Combined service on Sunday 29th
September. This group will meet on Thursday evenings at
Saint Andrews, Birkenhead at 7:30 pm, starting on Thursday
29th August. If you would like to be part of this group please
join – or speak with Rachel for more information.
Three Churches Working Group
As noted above, the next Combined Service will be held on
Sunday 29th September at Saint Andrews Church, 172
Hinemoa Street, Birkenhead. The Working Groups are
developing various options towards a way forward and they
will bring their ideas to the congregations. Look out for
information about a special meeting about this, probably in
early October.

Christmas Services with Saint Lukes
We will join with Saint Luke’s Methodist Church as usual
over the summer period. Christmas Eve service will be at
Saint Lukes, and Christmas Day service at Saint Aidans.
After that, services will be held at each church on alternate
Sundays, starting at Saint Lukes on Sunday 29th December.
